In collaboration with Frontline in the UK, Modern Classic cars creates these amazing restored MGs for fans of this great British marque.

Well over 300 hours went into the interior trim on this green car, the following Coupe also having similar hours invested. The amount of custom solutions involved in this example can be seen in elements such as the custom MX-5 seats (now with removal headrests), and the custom single-piece steel dash. Every possible surface and panel has been trimmed in the green leather Nappa. The leather detailing extends through the central tunnel, the seat belt receptacle stalks and can be seen in custom features in the boot, such as handbuilt  battery box, tool roll and the leather wrapped mounting plate for the amplifier. Again we’ve opted to use our favourite German squareweave carpet through this brilliant and very thoughtful restomod.
